BARABAI (TABIRkota) — The District Government (Pemkab) of Hulu Sungai Tengah (HST), South Kalimantan (Kalsel) has budgeted IDR 8.3 billion to carry out the house renovation program.
Head of the HST Public Housing and Settlements Service (Perkim), Sa’dianoor, said that the budgeting of these funds has now entered the final stage, namely field verification.
“In the house renovation program, each unit was allocated Rp. 25 million with a total of 335 recipients,” he said in Barabai, the capital of HST, Tuesday (11/6).
The 335 housing units that will be renovated in 2024, he said, consist of 265 uninhabitable houses and 70 houses in slum areas.
“The progress is still ongoing, namely field verification which will be completed this week and then continued by the technical verification team,” he said.
The technical verification team will follow up on the results of the field verification team, whether they match the facts or not.
The results of the technical team’s verification will later determine whether the registered residents are eligible for the house renovation program or not.
